What to bring to class:
Water, hand towel and a smile! Also, please wear outdoor shoes to class, but bring separate fitness shoes for your work out. Thank you!
Classes Available
Zumba:
A mix of easy to follow dance steps to cha cha, merengue, salsa, reggaeton and cumbia rhythms, mixed with hip hop and contemporary dance. The dances are set to high energy Latin music that just makes you want to get up and mooovvve.
Dance Diva:
This high energy cardio dance class is filled with energizing Top 40 hit music and fun choreography inspired by the moves seen in music videos. If you love to dance and sweat, this class is for you. No dance experience required.
Flirty Girl:
This "Booty Beat" cardio dance class follows an easy-to-follow stream of fun, flirty dance moves that will keep you moving, sweating and smiling. Class concludes with toning work for all your sexy bits. (18+ please)
Buff Babe!:
A combination of body-sculpting exercises and cardio work to your favorite songs. In this calorie-torching, strength-training fitness party you'll use resistance bands, dumbbells and exercise tubing to tone all your target zones. Appropriate for all levels.
Booty Camp:
Upper, core and lower body circuit training = one hot babe! You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations – each designed for a specific exercise. Prepare to work hard and get strong!
Kickboxing:
Cardio mix of martial arts and boxing to hot music.
Yoga:
Yoga postures are dynamically flowed together allowing you to strengthen, stretch and relax.
